If you do not wish to pay by credit card, you need to print the flyer, complete your details then mail the completed form and your cheque to:

To register via this site please note:

  • In the next screens enter the information that matches your requirements for the convention.
  • You need to complete each required field marked with a red *.
  • A cumulative total capturing all registration requirements will be calculated during the registration process.
  • You will then be taken to our secure credit card payment gateway, E Way for payment.
  • Registrations are not confirmed until payment has been made and you see a Confirmation Message on the screen.
  • You must click on Continue at the Security Warning in the Payment Process to complete Registration. The credit card payment is processed securely at the  EWay payment gateway, however EWay must send details of the payment (amount, payment No. etc) back to this website. N.B. This does not include your credit card number nor personal details
